About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Operations Intern to support our Sales and Marketing teams in driving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes ownership of responsibilities, and is passionate about leveraging tools and processes to streamline tasks.
Key Responsibilities
·CRM Management & Reporting: Update and manage CRM data (HubSpot) and generate reports on an ad-hoc basis to assist the sales and marketing teams.
· Account Research: Conduct account-specific research to gather insights and share detailed notes to support Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and the Sales team.
· Automation & AI Integration: Identify and implement ways to automate recurring tasks using tools like ChatGPT to improve efficiency.
· Dashboard & Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards in CRM and Excel for tracking key metrics and reporting insights to the team.
· Database Management: Build and maintain an accurate database of accounts and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to support the US sales and marketing efforts.
· Data Validation & Market Research: Validate the existing ICP database and enhance it with additional market research and data enrichment tools like Apollo and Lusha.
· Stakeholder Identification: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key stakeholders within target accounts and gather relevant contact details (e.g., emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles).
Qualifications
· Undergraduate degree in any discipline (completed or ongoing).
· Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
· Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and data enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha) is a plus.
· Basic to advanced proficiency in Excel and a mindset for process improvement and automation.
· Excellent research and analytical skills.

Stipend - 20,000/- per month subject to 10% TDS
